The Duchess of Cornwall will be crowned with The Queen Mother’s Crown at Prince Charles’ Coronation.This comes after Her Majesty The Queen announced it is her “sincere wish” The Duchess of Cornwall is crowned Queen Consort when the time comes.The Queen Mother’s Crown was made by Garrard & Co in 1937 for Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother for the Coronation of King George VI. Its platinum frame is set with 2,800 diamonds and includes the Koh-i-Nûr Diamond, which has been set in the Crowns of Queen Alexandra and Queen Mary.
